Specialist in pre-acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration. Extensive experience
in programs for business transformation, process integration and change management including planning and implementing multi-million, multi-disciplinary programs with over 20 leading companies & UK Government departments.
Clive Booth - Corporate Ventures
Broad M&A experience, particularly in the IT sector, including MBOs and Exits. Has wide
business experience with particular strength in Technology and Finance. Previously, he has
been MD of significant IT & Software companies and is a Non-executive Director of a
number of software and media companies.
